因為這個酒店，讓我對澳大利亞所有好感刪除，大致説下吧，畢竟看評論的都是中國人，人生地不熟的地方，能避坑就避坑吧。 1、住店期間是新年，室內的娛樂項目全部是關門的，幸好有個泳池在室外，看到有人玩，但也非常小，起碼配不上酒店的價格。 2、衞生是我非常在意的點，這個酒店衞生是0分。進房間放了行李我們就出去找地方吃飯了，晚上回來是9點，剛打開床鋪就看到很噁心的東西，真的太噁心了，我拍了照片，自己看，不再説明瞭。然後打電話讓服務員來換床鋪，先第一次來看了一下，再去拿新的換上。雖然換了新的床鋪，但一想到我曾經坐在這麼臟的床上，就挺不舒服的。 3、我是為了趕第二天飛機，才定的這個酒店，帶著小朋友，早上不用太趕，能睡個好覺。下訂單時也備註了希望給到安靜的房間。好了重點來了，我們的房間和隔壁房間中間有一個門，通過這個門，我們可以清楚的聽到隔壁説的每一句話，甚至幾個人在裡面都能區分出來。先是一直忍著，我想晚點隔壁睡了也就好了，可是11點隔壁還是各種電視機和説話、喊叫聲，酒店多次溝通都無效，房間也滿了，沒有房間可換，就這樣熬了一晚上。 總之這個酒店連旅館都不如，不知道上面的星級怎麼來的。

We had a great stay here. My parents had also booked to stay as we were travelling together and even though an earlier email had told us we couldn’t room closer due to being full booked, on arrival the lovely gentleman checking us in moved my parents closer. Also happy to pop a microwave and toaster in the room (small fee) which was handy for heating little one’s meals and making her toast for breakfast. Had a great bath too! We dined at the restaurant and the staff were ver helpful also.

Close to Airport , big space , nice and clean. They clean the room every day. The restaurant is really good and reasonably priced.

Myself and our daughter had booked our rooms! When we arrived the fellow said that he could move us closer to each other! We were really happy about that!! It was done without any hesitation!!

The staff at reception is super friendly. Room facilities are in good condition, it's easy to see they are well taken care of. The only thing I am not so satisfied with is we found some moth flies in the bathroom. Did not use the swimming pool so can not leave an opinion. All in all, It's worth the price!

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Die gebuchte Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Leider war das Restaurant während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen.

We had a great stay here.
